All classes with the exception of Kinder Kleats will be grouped by gender and will be taken on a first come first served basis. All players must bring a ball and wear the appropriate footwear for indoor soccer (sneakers NOT cleats.)

Power, strength, flexibility and skill training for the travel and high school players is a soccer specific program designed to better prepare the player for the physical demands of the game using plyometric training. Plyometrics is defined as exercises that enable a muscle to reach maximum strength in as short a time as possible. This speed-strength ability is known as power. Although most coaches and athletes know that power is the name of the game, few understand the mechanics necessary to develop it. Most of our soccer training is about skills and tactics leaving little or no time for power and strength training. Each class will be devoted to this form of training as well as skill and player development.

Skills and development training for the recreational player is designed to improve their skill level and build confidence as they get ready for the next level of play. The sessions will focus on the basic fundamentals of ball handling using drills and games which will give them confidence on the ball.

Fun and learning for the Kinder player is a program specifically designed to give the young soccer players a forum to “fall in love with the game” allowing them to use their imagination and have fun with the ball and enjoy the specially created games in a safe and nurturing environment.
